PURPOSE
( full specifications are in the manual for the device )
1. Measuring complexes FLOUTEC-TM (all modifications) are designed for commercial accounting of gases (including combustible natural gases) by measuring volumetric (mass) flow and volume (mass) of the flowing medium one, two or three pipelines:
– FLOUTEC-TM-1 modification complexes (based on the VR-2 calculator) are designed for flow measurements according to the method variable pressure drop across a standard orifice or averaging pressure tube.
– complexes of modifications FLOUTEC-TM-2 (based on PC-V calculators) are designed to work together with all types of meters certified in Ukraine (environment flowmeter, rotary, turbine, ultrasonic, Coriolis and vortex gas counters).
2. The complexes include a volumetric (mass) flow calculator VR-2 and digital measuring transducers PD-1-DA (PD-1-DI) or a set of digital measuring temperature transducers PT-1-D (PT-1-P), pressure PD-1-A (-I ), differential pressure PD-1-D, intrinsically safe barrier, power supply (and/or additionally connected densitometer).
3. The complexes provide:
• collaboration with an automatic gas flow chromatograph for use in calculations of volumetric costs of data on the current gas composition;
• exchange of information with a PC of the “upper level” via a telephone switched channel or via a radio channel with use of existing GSM systems, satellite and trunking radio communications;
• printing of daily and monthly reports (at the user’s request).

4. FLOUTEC-TM complexes comply with the Technical Regulations approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 28, 2016 No. 1055 and have explosion protection marking II 2G Ex ib IIB T3 Gb and can be installed in explosive areas of open industrial sites and premises, where the formation of explosive mixtures of categories IIA and IIB is possible.
5. The calibration interval of the FLOUTEC-TM Complexes is once every two years, (see clause 41, and note 7) according to Order No. 1747 dated October 13, 2016, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
6. Operation of FLOUTEC-TM measuring complexes is allowed at ambient temperature from minus 40 to plus 70 °C.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
1. Relative error limits for complexes of modifications FLOUTEC-TM-1 and FLOUTEC-TM-2 when measuring volumetric (mass) flow rate and volume (mass) of the medium (without taking into account the methodological error of a standard constriction device or an averaging pressure tube and depending on the error of measuring transducers of temperature, pressure, differential pressure and density, and pressure ranges and differential pressure of the medium on these devices) range from ±0.3 to ±1.9%.
Relative error limits of complexes of modifications FLOUTEC-TM-3, FLOUTEC-TM-4 at measurements of volumetric (mass) flow and volume (mass) of the medium (without taking into account the error of the meter or flow meter) range from ±0.3 to ±0.5% (depending on the error of the measuring transducers) temperature, pressure, density and pressure range of the medium).
2. Limits of permissible basic summary error when measuring absolute, gauge and differential pressure are: ±0.075; ±0.10; ±0.15 or ±0.25% of span.
3. The limits of the absolute permissible error of complexes when measuring temperature are ±0.5°C or ±0.75°C
4. The complexes provide installation (on request) of the upper limits of measurements in the range:
• for absolute pressure – from 100 kPa to 10 MPa
• for overpressure – from 6,0 kPa to 25 MPa
• for differential pressure – from 1.0 to 256 kPa
5. Temperature measurement range – from minus 40 to plus 100 °С
6. The maximum period of time for which records for each pipeline are stored in the memory of the calculator VR-2 and PC-V:
• daily data – last six months
• hourly data – last two months
• operational data – 3600 records
• messages about emergency and emergency situations – 1000 entries
• intervention – 1000 entries
VR-2 calculator (VR-2 calculator board) equipped with a memory Micro SD-card designed to store instantaneous (cycle) data for the last 60 days. The memory card stores three files that are constantly updated, in which the instantaneous values of pressure, differential pressure (or increase in volume under operating conditions), temperature, flow rate, CO2, N2, gas density, condition calculation on a cycle of 1 second.
If necessary, the memory SD-card can be removed from the VR-2 Calculator for reading information on a PC. You must use ConCor for this procedure.
7. The electrical power supply of the complexes is carried out from the alternating current network with a voltage of 160 to 250 V and a frequency of (50±1) Hz. The complexes have a backup DC power supply (battery) with a nominal voltage of 12 V, which ensures the safety measuring information and normal operation of the complexes for at least 100 hours.
8. The power consumed by the complexes does not exceed:
• when powered by AC mains voltage 220 V and a frequency of 50 Hz – 14 VA;
• when autonomously powered by a battery with a nominal voltage of 12 V – 1.7 W.
9. The service life of FLOUTEC-TM complexes is at least 12 years.
