PURPOSE

1. The RS485/BELL202 interface converter is designed for conversion of input electrical signals by type:
– BELL202 standard;
-pulse (NAMUR);
– discrete;
to the electrical coded (digital) output signal of the RS485 standard.
2. The transmitter is not a measuring instrument.
3. Operation of the RS485/BELL202 Interface Converter is allowed at an ambient temperature of minus 40 to plus 60 °С.

1. Power supply parameters of the RS485/BELL202 interface converter from an external DC source:
– rated supply voltage – 12 V
– allowed value from 8 to 16 V (maximum – 27 V, not tested).

2. RS485/BELL202 interface converter provides:

3. The overall dimensions of the transducer do not exceed 120 x 100 x 25 mm.
4. The mass of the converter does not exceed – 0.2 kg.
5. Service life of RS485/BELL202 interface converter – 12 years.
INSTALLATION & SERVICE
1. The RS485/BELL202 interface converter is made in a plastic case with brackets for mounting on a DIN rail. In this case, the converter must be protected from direct exposure to atmospheric precipitation.
2. The company provides warranty service for RS485/BELL202 interface converter within 24 months and service service throughout the entire service life.
