PURPOSE

1. The liquid level control complex FLOUTEC-TM-U is a liquid level indicator and is designed for determination of the liquid level in the tank (including closed underground tanks, tanks under pressure and tanks containing aggressive liquids) and high liquid level alarms.
2. The liquid level control complex FLOUTEC-TM-U is installed on the storage tanks of gas distribution stations (GDS), at an automobile gas-filling compressor station (CNG filling station) and is designed for round-the-clock operation as a stand-alone as well as in the ACS.
3. The complex is intended for operation in explosive zones of class B-Ia, B-Ig according to section 7.3. Rules for the installation of electrical installations.
4. The liquid level control complex FLOUTEC-TM-U can be used in conditions when tapping into the tank is prohibited (including on existing tanks).
TECHNICAL DETAILS
1. Depth of level measurement at liquid density 1000 kg/m3 – up to 8 meters;
2. The error in determining the liquid level does not exceed 1 cm;
3. The maximum pressure in the tank – up to 16 bar, (in special version – up to 75 bar);
4. Power supply of the complex from the alternating current network with a frequency of (50±1) Hz, voltage from 160 to 250 V;
5. The power consumed by the complex . . . – 50 VA;
6. The complex can withstand operation at an ambient temperature of minus 30 to plus 50 °C. at relative humidity up to 98% at a temperature of 35 °C.
7. Overall dimensions of the measuring unit – no more than:
– control and management board . . . . . – 600 x 600 x 250 mm.
– primary converter cabinet (according to option 1) – 1200 x 600 x 325 mm.
– primary converter cabinet (option 2) – 1651 x 800 x 490 mm.
8. Measuring block weight:
– control and management board no more than – 25 kg.
– primary converter cabinet (according to option 1) no more than – 60 kg.
– primary converter cabinet (according to option 2) no more than – 195 kg.
9. The average service life of the technical means of the complex is at least 10 years.
INSTALLATION & SERVICE
1. Installation, start-up, adjustment and commissioning of the complex FLOWTECH-TM-U level measurements should be carried out by specialists who have been trained at the manufacturer of the complex and have certificate for the performance of these works.
2. Warranty period of operation is 24 months from the date of commissioning.
(The warranty does not apply to complexes supplied without a dealer agreement or manufactured by other manufacturers, assembled from separately purchased spare parts and assemblies for repair).
