COMPLEX STANDALONE POWER SUPPLY
on the basis of the gas-dynamic electric generator GP-1
PURPOSE

1. The autonomous power supply complex is designed to provide power to technical equipment based on the gas-dynamic electric Generator GP-1 (hereinafter referred to as the complex) of the equipment of hydraulic fracturing units, SHRP in the absence of a central power supply.
2. When equipping hydraulic fracturing units, SHRP and other automation systems with this complex, it becomes possible to:
– remote control of gas consumption;
– obtaining information about the current pressure;
– alarm signaling about the opening of the object’s doors (unauthorized access to the equipment).
3. The principle of autonomous operation of the complex is based on the use of the mechanical energy of the gas passing through the hydraulic fracturing and converting it into electricity used to power hydraulic fracturing equipment and recharge the backup battery. The complex produces a constant voltage of 12 volts. To provide power during periods when gas is not consumed (there is no gas consumption through hydraulic fracturing) an additional smoothing accumulator is connected in parallel with the load in the buffer mode.
4. Operation of the complex is allowed at ambient temperature from minus 40 to plus 60 °C.
5. The complex is completely autonomous.
